Personal data communicated by you in the registration form (name, surname, workplace, e-mail) will be used for the following purposes:
• organising the event you signed up for, including managing the contact lists;
• sending invitations to the event;
• requesting feedback on the event;
• performing statistical analytics.

We process personal data based on your consent. Granting consent is voluntary, however without your consent we will not be able to send you the invitation to event.

Personal data communicated by you in the registration form shall be processed for as long as is considered necessary for the purpose mentioned above, for a period not exceeding one year from the event date.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, as well as update, erasure of the data or right to restrict the processing. You may also withdraw your consent at any time, object to data processing and exercise the other rights detailed here. You may contact us at secretariat@cnr-cme.ro.
