Free Coverage Qualification
Families that qualify for free and reduced lunch benefits or have suffered financial hardship due to Covid-19 qualify for free maintenance plan coverage for the 2020-2021 school year.  If you meet one or both of those criteria, please complete this form.  If you do not meet the criteria, you do not need to complete this form - purchase coverage through the Infinite Campus Store in the Parent App.
