Fenway Flea 2024 Vendor Application
Applications closed Friday, March 22nd- any further signups will be for the waitlist. 

The Fenway Flea is back for it's 2024 season! Thank you for your interest in vending with us!

Please fill out the questions below to apply for the dates of your choosing. Please only apply for dates you are 100% certain you will be able to attend. 

Event Details
Every Sunday June 2nd-October 27th
12pm - 5pm
Setup: 10am - 11:30am
Breakdown: 5pm - 6:30pm (if you are on site past 6:30pm, you will be charged a mandatory $50 overtime fee)

This is an outdoor market. 10x10 white tents and 40 pound weights for each tent leg are required. No exceptions. 
Vendors are responsible for all display setup tables/chairs/stands etc.
Floor length tablecloth is required for display tables.

Spot Sizes: 10x10
                     10x20

Vendor Fee: 10x10:$150
                       10x20: $300

Payments:
If selected for every Sunday in a month, you will be billed for the entire month in advance. Payments are due no later than two weeks before the start of the month. 

If selected for dates not in succession, you will be billed for each date individually. Payments are due no later than two weeks before the market. 
*If payment is not made within the deadline, your spot will be given to someone else*

If chosen for a date(s), you will be notified via email. Upon acceptance you will receive an invoice for your vendor spot. Spots are confirmed on receipt of payment. No payment=not confirmed.


Spot Sharing: Prior approval required for spot sharing from market organizers. Requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis. If approved, an additional 50% spot fee will be added to regular fee. 

Refund Policy and Cancellations: Credit toward a future market in the 2024 calendar year if canceled 14 days or more before the event. No refund/credits if canceled less than 14 days before the event. Please email us if for any reason you need to transfer your spot to someone else (conditions apply). 

If the market is canceled due to weather,  credit toward a future market in the 2024 calendar year will be given. 

Please note: due to a limited amount of spots and market curation balance, if you apply as a goods vendor, you must only sell goods. If you will also be selling vintage clothing, please apply as a vintage clothing vendor.

If I do not bring the required materials I understand I will not be allowed to set up and vend. (This includes if your weights are too light or if your tent is the wrong color.)

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Original Markets LLC, it’s employees, partners and affiliates from any and all liability, loss or damages which may be incurred as a result of all claims, demands, costs, judgments or expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from my participation in this event.

Original Markets LLC is not obligated to provide explanations for vendor selection decisions or offer guidance for your business application.Vending with us in the past does not ensure you will be selected each time.This is a curated market, the speed of signing up does not influence the selection process. Our selection criteria are carefully considered to ensure the event's integrity and quality. *
Original Markets LLC reserves the right to remove any goods or merchandise from our event that may be deemed offensive or inappropriate. Furthermore, we reserve the right to revoke your future participation without prior explanation should we find it necessary. *
