I would love to support you in shifting your eating habits and mindset around food/your body and help you develop an approach to nutrition that you feel confident in sticking to for the long term.

During our call, we will: 
- dig a little deeper into the information you provided in this application
- resolve any questions you have around coaching or our potential work together
- map out what your 1:1 coaching program will look like (different paths for clients depending on their goals- no one size fits all coaching here)

As of January 2024,  you have two 1:1 nutrition coaching packages to choose from (all coaching packages require a 4 month commitment)

Option 1: Weekly check ins with personal feedback, coaching support via chat, biweekly video coaching calls, $295/month 

Option 2: Weekly check ins with personal feedback, coaching support via chat, monthly video coaching calls: $225/ month
