This year's show will be Saturday, November 30th, 9am - 2pm. Located inside and outside of the Historic Assembly Building, 720 Channel Blvd., Topsail Beach. 

In selecting our vendors, we will give priority to different and unique products (versus multiple products in a single category).  We will be giving loyalty preference to previous market vendors; with that said, previous participation does not necessarily guarantee acceptance.

The event originated as an “all craft” show and we will continue that tradition.  We will not be accepting applications for any food products (including, but not limited to, produce, dog treats, baked goods, seasonings, honey, etc.).    

To ensure variety, this is a juried event. Our goal will be to select a variety of unique handmade local art and crafts. No kit items, mlm , resale, or food items will be considered.

Inside the Assembly Building will have three different booth sizes. 

Outside booth sizes will be 10x10. All displays must be set up inside of that 10x10 space. Booth fee is $50.

The artist/crafter must be present the day of the event. No fill-ins or substitutes. Our shoppers enjoy buying from the artisan. 

Set up begins at 7am with all booths ready no later than 8:45am. Break down begins at 2pm and everyone must be off the field no later than 3pm.

*Please email clear well-lit photos of your items to kriskringlecrafts@yahoo.com. This is to ensure lack of duplication of other vendor's items. Applications without photos will not be considered.  Please put your business name in the subject area of the email and email photos to kriskringlecrafts@yahoo.com.

Vendors are required to remain on site for the duration of the show and provide their own displays. Outside vendors must use heavy weights for their tents as it can be windy. 

*The application is due no later than October 9th.

*Acceptance, only, will be emailed by October 16th. 

The market reserves the right to deny any vendor application based on predetermined criteria including, but not limited to: duplicate products,  objectionable/illegal products, etc.
