You are being invited to participate in a survey titled “The customer assessment of family services in the hospitality industry and the impact of Covid-19 on your dining habits”. The purpose of the study is to identify different factors affecting your selection of dining places as a family and to investigate the impact of Covid-19 pandemic on your dining habits.

The aim of this research conducted by MSc students from Nottingham’s Business School will be used to help Family Friendly Eateries establish the online community platform for recommending suitable hospitality services to customers.
