With increasing natural disasters, drought, food insecurity and sea level rise, climate-induced migrants, refugees, and displacement are topics of urgent and increasing importance on a global scale. Yet, there is no clear accounting of, or connection between, the diverse actors and groups working on this issue.
The Climate Change Migrants and Refugees Project, a Vancouver, Canada-based nonprofit, aims to fill this gap. Our mission is to develop research, build tools, and create a well-connected community of practice for those who are working on climate change displacement.
This survey aims to help us build a stronger understanding of who is currently working on climate change displacement around the world and how we can more effectively work together. By filling out this survey, you are helping us develop more value, effective strategies for connecting all those who want to engage in this work together.
