A bit about us:
Sweet Alchemy Bake Shop is an all vegan bakery located in New Kensington, Westmoreland County. Sweet Alchemy recently moved into a bigger location where they continue to not only bake up delicious baked goods, but also host events, cooking and baking classes, workshops. They added a beverage bar and are currently working on a community garden. Sweet Alchemy is so much than a bakery; it's a gathering space. 

About the event:
Join us for an all Vegan Bakery Crawl!! The Crawl will feature a variety of the best vegan baked goods around all in one location!! We are looking for a variety of vendors, cupcakes, cookies, cake, pie, bread, muffins, and more! OH, and yes this includes SAVORY BAKED GOODS!! 

This event will feature vendors inside as well as outside on our patio. Outside spaces can accommodate tables or 10x10 pop ups. Vendor space is limited. A vending fee of $35.00 is required and payable upon acceptance to the market. There is ample street parking as well as several free parking lots in the area. 

In line with all of the events we host, we are working on some fun graphics. Promotion will occur over social media as well as with local media and news outlets.

We usually host events on Sunday, however, with our new space, we have the option to host events on a Saturday.

Clear selection
We take health and safety very seriously and follow guidelines set forth by our local health department. Our local health inspector does show up to events  unannounced.

All vendors must have proof of certification through either the local Health Department or Dept. of Agriculture, or combination of, depending on your county, or show proof that they either work in a Ghost Kitchen or other approved food facility. 

Copies of these items will need to be sent to sweetalchemyllc@gmail.com. Failure to send documents will prohibit you from popping up at our event.

Please note this is a vegan baked goods only event. All ingredients must be vegan. No honey, milk, dairy, eggs, meat products, etc. In addition, please check your ingredients for the following as these are also not vegan but often missed, confectioner's glaze, shellac, red 4, carmine, gelatin, beeswax. This list is a guide but if you have questions, please reach out.
