As the situation with COVID-19 continues to develop, it is essential to the health center team and the health of the community that you share ALL of your child's travel plans for the spring break period.

The information collected here will be used to help staff determine if additional follow up is necessary due to increased risk or exposure PRIOR to your child's return to campus.

As a reminder, it is imperative that if your child has flu-like symptoms (fever, respiratory issues, etc.), they should not return to Canterbury’s campus until they are asymptomatic and have been fever-free for at least 72 hours.
