2024 FIRST Access State Event at Morgan's Wonderland - RSVP
Greetings FIRST Access Teams! You're invited to participate in the FIRST Access State Event on Saturday, June 22nd at Morgan's Wonderland in San Antonio. You will be able to RSVP for all your teams using a single form; please coordinate with your other coaches to ensure teams aren't registered more than once. Additional paperwork and forms may be required for participation. This event is free for FIRST Access teams - there are no registration fees!

FIRST in Texas' FIRST Access is an initiative to engage students with disabilities and special needs. More information about FIRST Access programming can be found here: https://firstintexas.org/first-access/

FIRST Access teams must be composed either entirely of students with disabilities and special needs OR have students from the general education population serving as peer mentors/partners to the students with disabilities and special needs. All those attending the event must also complete the FIRST in Texas Consent & Release form online here.

Morgan's Wonderland is an Ultra-Accessible theme park!  

Tentative Schedule:
  • 9:00 AM: Volunteer Load-In & Setup
  • 10:00 AM: Morgan's Wonderland Park Opens, Teams Check-In & Enjoy the Park
  • 12:30 PM: Lunch
  • 1:00 PM: Welcome Ceremony
  • 1:15 PM: Coaches Meeting
  • 1:30 PM: Games Begin
  • 4:15 PM: Medal Ceremony
  • 4:30 PM: Event Ends, Tear Down Begins, Enjoy the park!
  • 7:00 PM: Morgan's Wonderland Closes
Teams can continue to enjoy the park after the event ends until close.
