We continue to have additional home test kits available for students.  These are in addition to the test kits that were already distributed.  You can receive two additional kits per student enrolled with ACS. Families are not obligated to use these kits.  We are trying to distribute the tests to those who are interested in receiving them.   Interested families are asked to respond to this survey ASAP.  Again, no obligation.  

Avon also has child KN95 masks available for anyone who needs them. Masks will be available along with test kits, at the designated pick-up times. Please note below if you would like masks for your child (2 per child).

To receive the test kits or masks, a family member must first respond to this survey.  Then, you can pick up the test kits/masks at your child's building or you can choose to have them sent home with your child.   Thank you.

For families looking to home-test over break before the return to school, we will have test kits available for pick-up at the Elementary and Middle school offices on Wednesday, April 13 and Thursday, April 14.  Please let us know which building you would like to pick tests up at. All reasonable requests will be accommodated.
