-Please fill out a separate Google Form for each showman. If a showman has more than 4 entries in a species, please fill out an additional Google Form.
-Only ONLINE entries will be accepted for pre-registration purposes.
-YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION ONCE YOUR REGISTRATION HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY SUBMITTED.
-All entries received by July 12th will be charged $15 per goat/swine/sheep and $30 per beef animal per show the Open and Junior Point Shows.
-All entries received after July 12th will be charged $30 per goat/swine/sheep and $45 per beef animal per show and Junior Points Shows.
-All entries must be verified in person and paid during onsite registration/weigh-in on June 15th from 2:00pm-12:00am at the Mercer County Fairgrounds-Beulah , ND. Only verified animal entries will be charged.
You will receive 1 bag of bedding for each verified animal.
Show t-shirts will also be given out.
A small breakfast of donuts and juice will be on Saturday morning starting at 7:00 in the show barn.
Show Times Saturday Morning at 8:00 starting with Dairy Cattle
9:00 will be the open show of swine, sheep, goats and beef.
Sunday Show time is 8:30 starting with Open Show Dairy goats
9:30 we will start the Junior Show with swine, sheep, goats and beef.
You will be released as soon as you have cleaned your area and are done showing on Sunday.
Checks will be mailed to the address provided on this form.
Please enter the fairgrounds on the north-east side. Look for the signs.
Trailers can be parked in any of the school parking lots.
All individuals entering the fairgrounds have to pay for each day. A three day family pass will be available to all livestock families for 50.00 dollars at the time of registration. All livestock showing individuals (including showers, parents, helpers, etc.) will need to be wearing the wristband during the time of the fair. The proper wristband will be necessary to show livestock at both shows. If a livestock showman does not have the proper wristband, they will not be able to show.
