Thank you for your interest in the Community Crops CSA! This Community Supported Agriculture program is a weekly subscription box that is meant to help supplement your weekly grocery purchases with locally grown, fresh produce. This subscription focuses on highlighting produce that our farmers are producing and is culturally important to them. Our farms are not certified organic, but all farmers use organic methods.

Your investment directly supports new farm businesses and farmers in training at Community Crops Farm and Urban Agriculture sites. All produce is grown by farmers at our sites, and Community Crops facilitates the aggregation and purchase of produce from these businesses as well as the CSA coordination itself. We, as an organization do not grow any of the produce for the CSA.  

This CSA will be structured as a market-style pick up. Each member will be getting the same quantity and type of produce each week, over the course of 18 weeks, for a value of $330, or $15-20 per week. Based on seasonality, some weeks may include more produce, while some may include less number of items. This could range anywhere from 6-11 items per week.

Our main pick up will be at the Sunday Farmer's Market, located at 4801 Prescott Ave, Lincoln, NE 68506, from 10am - 2pm, each Sunday. May 15th through September 18th. There will be no pick up on August 21st.  Secondary pickup will be held at our office location, 2530 Q St. on Mondays, beginning 5/16, from 9am - 4pm.  We are not able to offer alternative pick up days or delivery.
