Hackfest 2024 Registration
Welcome to Hackfest 2024, ACIC K.L.E. Institute of Technology, Hubli  would be hosting the regional round on 17 May 2024, 10: 00 AM onwards
Request you to register your team to participate in the event.

Registration Guidelines:
  • Team can consist of 4 to 5 Participants (min and max)
  • Participants should belong to B.E, M.E, M.Tech, MCA or MSc and should be studying in any stream and any semester/year
  • Participants need not belong to same College, Stream and Semester/Year
  • One team can register only one idea, duplicate/additional submission will be deleted
  • During Regional Round, Only ideas will be evaluated, it is not mandatory to have a working prototype, however teams should have a clear idea about User need, Market analysis, Implementation, Scaling,  and Benefits
  • Idea Pitch should be Slide based, Do no use paper based presentation
  • Prototype can be Software Solution or Software + Hardware Combination. Pure Hardware Prototype wont be considered 
  • Each team will be given 10 mins of time to pitch and 5 mins for Q&A
