Connor Takes The Castle (Day Event) 2022
This is the registration form for young people attending our outdoor, day event on Saturday 15th January.
It is for young people aged 11-18, as well as young people who are in P7. The cost is £5 for the event and can be paid on arrival or to your Parish youth leader.

The event will be at Escarmouche in Shane's Castle from 11am to 3pm. This includes a hot lunch, hot drinks and snacks. The event will include a range of activities from laser tag to maze games and connect 4 basketball! We are so excited for some fun together!

I give permission for basic first aid to be administered and in the event of he/she being taken ill or injured during the period of the event so that surgical operation or serum injection becomes necessary, I hereby authorise the leader in charge to sign on my behalf any written forms of consent required, provided that the delay necessitated to obtain my signature might endanger his/her health or safety.
