TCCF 2025 Conservation group tree order form

WE ARE: The Carbon Capture Foundation emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support carbon capture efforts both locally and on a broader scale. Established in 2020, we are a 501(c)(3) organization driven by a love of nature and the need for bold actions. Creating meaningful change in the direction of global carbon sequestration requires a massive effort from creative problem solvers willing to take on big challenges.

We like big trees, and we are excited that you do too!

WHAT WE DO: Each year, we gift thousands of native bare root trees to conservation districts, landowners, nonprofits, land trusts, and community groups in need in Western Washington and Western Oregon. These trees are given to projects that are not funded and would not have been planted if not for the gift of these trees.

Sorry, but these trees cannot be sold, transferred, or used for commercial purposes.

WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE: We collect tree orders from April to August. Tree orders are due August 4th. We place our nursery orders in September. In October, the nurseries confirm our orders. The trees are available  from December to March. We find that demand increases annually, and sometimes the nurseries cannot fulfill orders.

We’ll do our best to find the trees you want, but sometimes substitutions are necessary.

We offer the following native bare root trees from nurseries in Olympia and Bellingham. The trees can be picked up or delivered. Please let us know if you want to pick them up or have them shipped.

The minimum order is 250 trees. If you don’t need such a large order, consider partnering with a friend, neighbor, or community group. Or send us a message, and we might be able to find you a local tree-planting partner.
