In our third design sprint we started off with the clear objective of creating the welcome and introduction into the Network - the "front porch" of our collective House. However, we quickly learned that our work on the personas was revealing and needed. We were excited to hear the powerful conversations that emerged as a result of our persona building exercises and we saw it highlight a deeper question - "What does it mean to bring your full-self to The Pivotal Network?"
