SST-SUGAR LAND DOLPHIN CARE PROGRAM REGISTRATION FORM
We take great pride in providing a safe and engaging environment for your child after school each day. Dolphin's care will start on August 26, 2019. The program will run from 3:20 pm. to either 4:30 pm (half-day option) or until 6:00 pm. (full day option). (See the Payment Details)

Here will be our Activity Rotations: (varies daily by grade level).
● Snack ● Homework ● Art ● Technology ● Gym ● Free Play
Please note that there will be no Dolphin care for Pre-K students!

To register your child(ren) please fill out the form below. Registration fee: $25 non-refundable registration fee per child or $50 for a family of two and more.

Parents are responsible for all tuition and fees below. Payments can be made between the hours of 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday at the front office, or after hours with the Dolphin Care Coordinator, by credit card, check or money order ONLY.  CASH PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Please follow the instructions below for money order payment:

Parents: Tuition is non-refundable for the withdrawn month.  If you’re planning on withdrawing your child/children from the program, they will be subject to the following refund schedule: (providing two weeks required notice has been given by a written letter or email to the Dolphin Care Coordinator.)  

Holidays and other scheduled school days off are not included in the calculation of the total rate. There will be no refund for inclement weather days. There will be no pro-rated fees due to general absences. The daily fee for After School Care will be $15 per day/per student.

Special Discounts: Discounts cannot be combined.  There will be no pro-rated fees due to absences.
● Siblings Discounts: 10% off.
● Military/Veteran Discount: 10% off. Proof of documentation required.
● Free or Reduced Lunch Discount: 20 % off with verification
● Staff discount: School employees may have a special discount according to the agreement with the schools.
● Discounts do not apply to registration fees.
