- 限本校研究生，學生可預約當天一次至多2小時。

Graduate students at Wenzao only. Students can make a 2-hour appointment on the same day at most.

- 此諮詢服務採一對一進行，每次僅限1人預約。

This is a one-on-one consultation. Each consultation is open to one student only.

- 最晚須於3天前完成預約，國際學院不提供現場預約。

Booking must be made at least THREE days in advance. The College does not accept any walk-ins.

- 若於預約時間10分鐘內未到，即以預約未到處理，若滿2次將永久停權，國際學院將會發信通知提醒。

Being 10 minutes late will be considered a “no-show.” You will forfeit your right to use this service. A reminder e-mail will be sent.

- 預約後若須取消，請於3個工作天前取消，未在期限內取消者將停權諮詢2週。

Cancellation must be made THREE working days in advance. Students will be deemed no-show if they do not cancel their appointments in advance and will lose consultation privileges for TWO weeks.
