Thank you so much for wanting to be a part of our amazing event!  We want to know more about what type of amazing Holistic Services you would like to offer at our festival.

We will do our best to ensure balanced artisan offerings at our festival. Applications open March15th, 2024. Once approved your 10'X10' space will be reserved when your artisan fee has been received.  

You will be notified via email of your approval, at which time you may send $100 (plus HST) to cominghomefestival@proton.me to confirm your spot. Please indicate in the e-transfer what the payment is for.  

Approvals will be sent out after May 1st.  Fees not paid within 10 days of approval will be placed on the waiting list.

EXCHANGE:  EACH CONFIRMED ARTISAN WILL RECEIVE ONE WEEKEND PASS. 

Additional passes may be purchased through the website.
ENERGY EXCHANGE:  
Practitioners will be permitted to charge a nominal fee and services will be offered on a sign-up (first come first served basis).  As a general rule, offerings will occur during the times set out below.  It is your responsibility to clearly display your hours and pricing at your tent.  

NOTE:  You are free to work more than the times set out below if you feel called.  
HOLISTIC RETREAT HOURS:  
FRIDAY from 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.
SATURDAY from 10 a.m. -  6 p.m.
SUNDAY from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.

NOTE:  HOLISTIC PRACTITIONERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING THEIR OWN 10x10 TENT.  WE KINDLY ASK FOR A COMMITMENT OF 4-6 HOURS EACH DAY OF THE FESTIVAL.
Are there any other special requirements that we need to know about? *
We are looking forward to making magic happen and can't wait to meet you!  We will send out further correspondence confirming the location and times of arrival etc.
