645 combines strength training, cardio, and mobility work using functional, powerful moves that will target your entire body, and still leave you feeling invigorated, energized, and ready for anything. This is a 13 week program, with 4 strength, 1 mobility & 1 cardio 45 minute workouts per week. As your coach, I will provide you with an optional running hybrid schedule if you plan to run with this program to ensure you are maximizing your results, recovering properly and running your best too.
645 is focused on making the body strong and mobile so that you can expand your range of motion, get stronger without getting injured! If you struggle with injury, are a runner, or someone who sits at a desk all day long, you NEED this program!!!
