Custom Order Form
Please use this form to request a custom or special order from Medford Soap Company.  Once the form is submitted, someone will follow-up with you in 1-3 business days for any further clarifications and to provide a quote.  No orders will go into production until the customer accepts the quote, and full payment is made.  Custom orders must be paid in advance and, due to the custom handmade nature are not eligible for any cancellations, refunds or returns.  Because soaps need 4 weeks to cure, no custom orders for soap can be accepted if they are needed sooner than 6 weeks from when full payment is received.

If you need a bulk order sooner than 6 weeks, please message us through our website and we can see if we have enough inventory on hand of cured or curing soaps that may meet your need.
