This form is to register your child for the 2019-2020 Shearer Elementary School Chorus. Chorus is open to all Shearer 3rd and 4th graders. We rehearse every Wednesday from 2:50-3:30.

We typically perform twice a year, once at the Veterans' Day celebration and once for our spring Talent Show.

Please note that all students must be picked up by 3:45 on every rehearsal day. I am expected at Baker by 4:00 on Wednesdays in the fall. Anyone who is not picked up will be sent to Clark County Aftercare in the cafeteria for a fee. WALKING HOME WITHOUT AN ADULT IS NOT ALLOWED.

I will be picking my child up from chorus rehearsals promptly at 3:30.

My child is enrolled in Clark County Aftercare and should go there after rehearsals.
