PTA bylaws require that all funds must benefit current Argenziano students, and promote the curriculum and/or school or community culture. The PTA board needs to approve each request BEFORE we can give you money. This form is where you can describe your idea and estimate the cost.
Getting money from the PTA is straightforward:
(1) If you need us to purchase items or pay an invoice for you, please request approval at least 2 weeks in advance of when payment is needed to allow us time to process the request. Our turn around time can be quicker, but the sooner we know, the better.
(2) You can submit for items that you have already purchased, if you are okay with taking a chance that your request might be denied.
(3) Did you get an email that told you the budget for your grade level or specialist group? Have you discussed this request with the rest of your group?
If so, please check the box below that matches that group.
If not, choose "Other" and describe your idea; we'll figure out where the money would come from.
(3) You do NOT need exact dollar amounts for this page, but we do need a realistic estimate and a short summary of what the money will be used for.
(4) You should receive a response to your request within 4 business days. If you don't, please email! Perhaps it got lost.
