2024 Block Party Application
We are so excited to announce our Second Annual CAMAS PRIDE: Live Your Best Life BLOCK PARTY on Sunday JUNE 23! This Block Party is an opportunity to have a whole lot of fun and to celebrate with you all! This is an all-ages family-friendly event full of many ways to express yourself, access resources and build community. The event hours are 11 am-4 pm.

Interested in Vending for this event? Keep reading. We are looking for vendors that support or are a part of our LGBTQIA2S community, promote healthy living, and represent all the ways we might Live our BEST lives!

--Booth fee is $45 per 10x10 space.
--Set up will begin at 9 am. Drive in and drop off and then park your car.
--You are responsible for all your supplies and a canopy and all poles need to be weighted with 25 lbs per pole in some way (it can get windy in Camas!).
--Take down needs to be finished by 5:00 pm sharp. All booths are to be set up for the entire event. Please plan accordingly.
--You will receive an email confirmation when the application is received and another email with a map and specific setup information will be emailed to you approximately 1 week before the event.
--This event may be postponed if there is a significant threat of rain. We will notify you if the event
date changes.

Food Vendor Requirements *
All food vendors are required to have liability insurance, have all required county health permits, and follow all fire code requirements. We require a Certificate of Insurance with LiveWell Camas named as an additional insured. Please email your Certificate of Insurance with LiveWell Camas listed as an additional insured to hello@livewellcamas.com

Booth and Set up Requirements

Booth spaces are 10 x 10. You are responsible for your canopy and all poles need to be weighted in some way (it can get windy in Camas!), at least 25 lb per pole. Set up starts at 9:00 AM. No cars within closed street area after 10:30 am (Drive in and drop off and then park car). Take down needs to be finished by 4:00pm.  All booths are to be set up for the entire event.

Vendor Etiquette

Vendors shall interact with the public and fellow Vendors in a courteous and appropriate manner. Hate language and/or symbols or insignia in verbal or written forms are not permitted. Open-Carry firearms are not permitted by any Vendors, Volunteers, or Staff, anywhere within the private permitted area of the event.

Cancellation Policy

Once approved, no refunds shall be made for any reason, including illness, or inclement weather. New vendors that are not approved will receive a refund of  payment after committee review, minus a $20 application fee.

Hold Harmless Agreement

By submitting this form you agree that LiveWell Camas, Bookish, Lily, the City of Camas, and the event sponsors are in no way responsible or liable for the amount of sales, personal property losses or damages, or injury resulting from involvement in this event. Our Block Party Committee has the right to approve all products and displays at this event and ask for the removal of any product/display that does not fit our guidelines or quality standards. Participation in this event constitutes acknowledgment and agreement to these terms.
