Interested in Vending for this event? Keep reading. We are looking for vendors that support or are a part of our LGBTQIA2S community, promote healthy living, and represent all the ways we might Live our BEST lives!
--Booth fee is $45 per 10x10 space.
--Set up will begin at 9 am. Drive in and drop off and then park your car.
--You are responsible for all your supplies and a canopy and all poles need to be weighted with 25 lbs per pole in some way (it can get windy in Camas!).
--Take down needs to be finished by 5:00 pm sharp. All booths are to be set up for the entire event. Please plan accordingly.
--You will receive an email confirmation when the application is received and another email with a map and specific setup information will be emailed to you approximately 1 week before the event.
--This event may be postponed if there is a significant threat of rain. We will notify you if the event
date changes.
