Thank you for taking the time to fill out the intake form for the Supercharge Your Self-Confidence: a Transformational Hypnocoaching Program to Boost Your Self-Confidence. The Supercharge Your Self-Confidence Program is more than healing your mindset and falling in love with the person you see when you look at in the mirror. It's about reprogramming how you feel about yourself, mind-body-spirit. This program is currently in its beta testing period, and I greatly appreciate your willingness to help me prefect its components.

Some details about this program:
It is a six-month, individual hypnocoaching program. We will met biweekly for approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours for a total of 12 sessions. You will receive unlimited email and direct messaging support via WhatsApp between sessions. It is a mixture of hypnotherapy and solution-focused coaching techniques to help you boost your self-confidence, feel empowered, and fall back in love with yourself.

I am currently building a waitlist for the first cycle of this program, and I will be able to take on 10 clients during this period at a deeply discounted price. By adding your name to the waitlist for the opportunity to be one of these clients, you agree that you complete a New Program Evaluation form at the conclusion of the program if you are selected. By completing the New Program Evaluation form, you will greatly help me to learn how this program helps clients and where areas of improvement can be made for future versions of the program.
