Thank you for supporting the "Your Passion. Your Purpose. Your Journey" Women's Leadership Conference!

Vendor Booths are available on Saturday, July 20, 2024 at the University of North Texas--Dallas.

Theme:  "Your Passion. Your Purpose Your Journey."

This conference is to uplift, inspire, empower and celebrate women leaders Education and Social Services.  Your products and services should align this theme.

Showcase your business by offering products and/or services while supporting the mission of the conference.  

There are two VENDOR types:
  • $199--Information Only Vendor:  Organization IS NOT SELLING (or soliciting to sell) any products or services.  This organization typical resources for wellness, etc.
  • $289--Products and Services:  For companies and organizations that ARE SELLING products and services. You will be provided with 1, 6-foot table and 2 chairs for you and an associate.

  • 1 Complimentary Ticket to the VIP Meet and Greet (Soirée Coffee Bar):  Connect and engage with women in Education and Social Services as well as other community and business leaders
  • Support mental wellness among women in leadership
  • Digital Video Vendor Showcase during conference
  • Increase visibility of your organization
  • Share community resources and meet other organizational goals
  • Support under-utilized businesses
Please Read:  
  • No more than 2 individuals per organization (if you are a presenter, only 1 may tend the booth; all other organization affiliates must pay the regular registration fees.
  • Includes  2 chairs and one 6' X 6' table. 
  • Setup must be complete by 7:30AM and Breakdown by 4:30PM.  
  • Breakfast and lunch provided. 
  • You will have the opportunity to showcase your business, products and services while supporting the mission of the conference. 
  • Your information will be shared on our social platforms and in our digital Conference Souvenir Book. 
  • If accepted, submit a 1-minute video of your organization (1.  Highlight your program, products, services, etc.) 2. Offer words of encouragement to women in leadership)
  • No exchanges, refunds or substitutions

Steps:  
  • Submit this form by May 15, 2024
  • Receive Acceptance Letter or Denial Letter
  • Accepted?  Pay your vendor fees here on a first come, first served basis.

Deadlines:
Do not pay until you have received an Acceptance Letter.  
Acceptance Letters will be sent by May 18, 2024.
All Payments Must Be Made By June 18, 2024.  No exceptions.
