Pleasant PTO Membership Form

Join the Pleasant Local PTO and become a part of your child’s educational experience! We are committed to supporting Spartan students and staff throughout our K-12 district. Membership and volunteer opportunities are open to any family members that wish to participate.

If you choose to become a paying member of the PTO, you can pay by scanning the QR code below OR send cash/checks made payable to Pleasant PTO into the elementary!

PAID membership donation ($20 minimum). As a paid member , you will have the ability to VOTE on tasks at hand during PTO meetings.

VOLUNTEER member (Donation not required). As a volunteer member you are not allowed to vote during meetings, but will have access to all volunteer opportunities within the PTO.
