Mindfulness Nature Group 

Welcome to Just NICE Wellness

 

Just NICE Wellness is offering a 4-week nature-based walking skills group. This group is for those adults who are overthinkers wanting to find ways to relax, feel stuck in life, want to build a better self-image, and feel more connected to nature. 

 

This group will consist of a maximum of  6 adults and a minimum of 3 adults. Walks are approximately 1 hr- 1.5 hours.  We will start at 10 am. 

 

Location: Parkville/ Towson area- upon group approval, the exact location is released.

 

Dates  October 15th, 22nd 

November 5th & 12th

 

Investment:

$180 for all four sessions 

Pay in full or per session at $45 per session.

Obstacles and challenges 

Replenishing dead places

Imagination Exploration 

Honoring silence 

Bilateral brain stimulation 

Changing seasons
