Clear out your craft closets and make room for creativity and community!

Gather all those materials and tools that are gathering dust and taking up space and bring them to the Art + Craft Supply Bazaar. Declutter your stash and remove the distraction of unfinished projects. Let’s get those supplies into the hands of someone who’s ready to use them. 

We're setting up shop inside plēb urban winery in the River Arts District MARCH 15-17.

There are no booths! Vendors drop off your inventory and we'll set up a retail pop up shop with a central checkout - creating a not too fancy, yet organized shopping experience. Vendors do NOT have to be at the Pop Up Shop! Our team will organize and work the entirety of the event.

There are no fees to participate! The Pop Up Shop is based on a consignment model with a 50/50 split. 

Any leftover items will be sorted and donated to local folks who can use them and to be used in our upcoming "Give a Scrap" workshop series.

We're looking for new and used craft materials and tools; those unopened watercolor palette, that cut of vintage fabric, the half used screenprinting ink (that's still good), or those too pretty to throw away scraps of paper you bundled (perfect for a collage artist).

Categories include: sewing + quilting, jewelry making, printmaking, candle making, floral design, knit + crochet, and more! Items need to be packaged and priced to sell.

We'd love to host workshops and gatherings that encourage us to work on our the art + craft projects while getting together with other creative folks. We'd love for there to a mix of paid and free options, project/technique focused or more open-ended (like a craft night) events. One example would be to have a mending series where we learn different techniques, complete projects, and maybe have a fashion show exhibiting our work!

As a volunteer you will help with flyering, decorating, set up, clean up, and helping throughout the pop up. This is a great opportunity to meet new people and have a hands-on role with our events.
