If you are using the on-site caterer's (Tiffany's café) there is no charge for kitchen and/or crockery hire.

Health and Safety Agreement 
As a hirer of the Barge Showgrounds Events Centre, it is your responsibility to ensure that your chosen representative attending your function at the Events Centre is made aware of the Health and Safety information contained in pages 1-3 of this document and brings it to the attention of all your attendees.

Smoking and Vapefree Policy 
All events held on Council-owned property within these environments must comply with Council’s Smokefree Policy. It is recommended that the Smokefree and Vapefree status be included in all your advertising and promotion. More information on this policy can be found on the WDC website.

Barge Showgrounds Maunu Reserve is a public area used by the community for walking dogs, children playing, athletics and equestrian events. This means that there may be other activities or users on the grounds during your booking.
