UTPLS Financial Aid Form
UTPLS is offering financial aid for members in our organization. To be considered for financial aid within our associate portfolios (American Mock Trial, Canadian Mock Trial, Mentorship, Events, Intra Vires, etc), you must be a pre-registered member. If you are applying for a membership fee waiver please indicate so in the "Membership Number Section".

We hope this will help alleviate financial pressures that may be restricting individuals from getting more involved within UTPLSA. Please fill in this form to be considered. Each competitive portfolio will have at least one member who is granted financial aid. Please note that filling out this form does not guarantee that financial aid will be given, but your application will definitely be reviewed. Further, we would like to emphasize that every question is optional, and you are free to not share any details you are not comfortable with disclosing. However, for full transparency, the more information we have about a candidate, the better their chances are of receiving aid. Applicants who fill out this form will be reviewed by the UTPLSA Scholarship Board, and those moving on to the next stage will be contacted for an interview.
