President's Volunteer Service Award Application
Please review the PVSA information on the Youth Community Service website to determine if your service hours qualify. The PVSA award level is based on service hours for a 12-month timeframe. Be aware of that when submitting your hours.

You will enter information for each separate organization that you worked with. We will contact your supervisor at each organization to verify service hours.  

NOTE: We can only process applications for students who live or attend school in San Mateo or Santa Clara County, California.

We accept applications year-round. The following are dates by which we will process and notify you about your PVSA application. We will email you if we have any questions about your application.

Aug 15 for notification by Oct 15

Dec 15 for notification by Feb 15
Feb 15 for notification by Apr 15
