Founders Place Christmas cards benefitting Founders Place respite ministry for adults with memory loss. Inside of card reads: "A gift has been made in your honor to FOUNDERS PLACE RESPITE MINISTRY to support the work of spreading comfort and joy to those living with memory loss."

To pay and receive cards and stamps:
- Pay and pick up after Sunday services at St. Luke's
- Pay and pick up at St. Luke's (Porte cachere) Monday OR Friday 10:00-11:00am

To pay for cards and stamps:
- Suggested donation of $10 per card.
- Stamps are $13 for a sheet of 20
- Pay at pick up (cash, check, or card)
- Cash or check made to "Founders Place Christmas Cards"
