The following is the Official Application for the November 17, 2023 through November 19, 2023 Hill Country Fetish Fest brought to you by KFM Vendor Events.
For the remainder of this and all forthcoming communications Hill Country Fetish Fest will be known as HCFF.
Hill Country Fetish Fest (HCFF) will be held at the DoubleTree Hilton San Antonio Airport located at 611 NW Loop 410, San Antonio TX 78216.
Each space is a 6 foot by 6 foot square space. You will be provided with 1 (one) - 6 foot table and two chairs per 6 x 6 space. You can order up to two of these spaces.
You are permitted to have 2 people selling in your space. Additional helpers will incur additional costs.
This is an all access pass. You Vendor badge will give you access to the Vendor Floor, the Panelists, Shows and the Social (Play) Space areas for the duration of the event.
We encourage Crafters, Information Booths, etc.
All areas must be filled out COMPLETELY and CORRECTLY or application will be AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED.
Please wait until you have an invoice to submit payment.
All vendors are subject to photo submission as this will be a juried show...
Please note that we are strictly an 18+ only show. This will be strictly adhered too.
If Adult content bothers you, then perhaps this is not the show for you.
We Welcome and Encourage all Vendors to apply, but Vendors who have BDSM and Spicy Products will have priority over others as that is the theme of this show. If you sell mass produced items, you might not be accepted into this show.
Each Vendor must fill out an application for each event. Your applications from years or other shows brought to you by KFM Vendor Events will not be considered.
