*You will broaden your understanding on what impression you make on the group and receive a lot of feedback on your training skills and personality
*You will have the chance to try out different training styles and find the one which suits you
*You will deepen and critically evaluate your competences in planning and executing of information-based-learning exercises
*You will receive a detailed individual feedback provided by the trainers on you as a trainer

With your application you are showing your ability to self-reflect on your role as a trainer and your ability to take conclusions of your past trainers experience. The application is therefore always individual and there are no right or wrong answers. We want to get to know and understand your motivation and the person behind the application. Show us what have you learned till now and how did it influence you as a trainer

*Selection criteria: In order to provide a high quality training focused on all participants, we have only 10 places available. Therefore we focus on your reflection skills and your trainers or facilitation experience.
