Hello! Thank you for showing interest in becoming a rugby league match official. The grassroots game is always on the look out for more officials and there are games and abilities to suit everyone. If you want to just stay in your local junior/open age competition that's fine, or if you have dreams of walking out at Wembley we can certainly get you started and on your way through the development pathway.

My name is Rebecca, I'm the development officer at Huddersfield referee society and will be your course tutor for the dates below. I've been refereeing since 2003 across many different levels of the game, but now my focus is on developing the next batch of officials for the community and pro game.

Please complete the details in the form to register your interest in completing the online Rugby League match officials course.
- Minimum age 12 (no upper age limit)
- Basic knowledge of the rules of the game)
- Approx 2 hours online course duration which will vary depending on group size.

There are four modules to complete; modules 1&2 will be completed online via Zoom on your preferred date selected below. The practical modules will be completed in person by either your local society, or if you live in the North West or Yorkshire it will be completed at the regional training evening the week following the course. In the North West this is held at 7pm on a Tuesday evening at Standish Leisure Centre, in Yorkshire it is 7pm on a Wednesday evening at Normanton Knights ARLFC.

The course fee is £10. Once you have registered I will send you an email with how to pay this, and once this is paid I'll send you the Zoom meeting invite closer to the time.
