Camp Breakthrough - Funding Application Form
Please complete the following questions if you wish to seek financial support for your group to attend Camp Breakthrough- Australia's First Mental Health Awareness Camp at AFL Max, supported by Variety-The Children's Charity.
Application Timelines:
Step 1: Applications close Friday Dec 8th 2023
Step 2: Successful Applicants contacted by AFL Max by Friday 14th Dec 2023
Step 3: All Camp Breakthrough experiences are booked and processed by- AFL Max.
How are applicants shortlisted?
Selected by qualified Educators from AFL Max and appropriate professional from Breakthrough Mental Health Research Foundation based on information provided below.
Terms and Conditions
Successful applicants' Camp Breakthrough experience must occur between T3 -T4 2024.
Due to the volume of applications received, unsuccessful applicants will not be provided feedback.
- All answers and information must be provided honestly and accurately where appropriate.
The maximum amount of funding a school can receive per camp is $10,000 (the equivalent of approx. 50 students to attend).
Additional students may be added to the camp experience (Max of 120 students per night).
