We aren’t taking payment for the festival yet; but when we’ve allocated tickets to the people who've signed up, then we’ll be contacting you so you can make your payment. At that point you’ll also be able to tell us which of the list of larps on the programme you would like to play in. Note that unless you make the required payment by the deadline that you’ll be given, you will not be entitled to attend the festival.
Membership will cost £70 (GBP) which will cover: the Friday night party and icebreaker larp; two larps (including food and drink) and a party on Saturday; and two larps (including food and drink) on Sunday.
If you want to support our outreach plans, then you can choose to instead pay £105 – if you do so, then we will be able to offer a ticket at £35 to someone who is on a low income, who comes from a low-income country, or who has high travel costs. And we will be very grateful for your generosity!
We only have a limited number of tickets available. Thirty are going to be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis: so if you complete this form as soon as you’re sure that you’d like to come, you’ll be given priority. Then around another thirty will be allocated via a lottery of everyone else who has completed this form during the signup window.
We hope that everyone will be able to attend for the whole weekend. If you aren’t able to, but would like to be with us for some part of the weekend anyway, please complete this form as normal and tell us about it in the ‘anything else’ box.
We will be issuing, much nearer the time of the event, some tickets to take part in particular larps that still have some spaces left. These will cost £17.50 per larp, but of course the choice will be limited. We will offer them first to the people who have completed this form but who weren't allocated weekend tickets.

IMPORTANT: The Smoke is a private event and so reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone, for any reason. If you are refused participation, we will tell you so, but we will not enter into correspondence about why.
(Note: the data that you submit via this form will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for the following purposes: to enable The Smoke to process your attendance application; and to enable The Smoke to maintain contact with you before and during the festival.
