Please complete the following form in order to register for the 2018 Phoenixville Bed Races.

Student Teams (High School or College):
• $50.00 bed registration fee + commitment to raise a minimum of $150.00 in donations

Community Teams (Individuals or Non-profits):
• $100.00 bed registration fee + commitment to raise a minimum of $200.00 in donations

Small Business Teams (50 or fewer employees):
• $150.00 bed registration fee + commitment to raise a minimum of $250.00 in donations

Large Business Teams (More than 50 employees):
• $200.00 bed registration fee + commitment to raise a minimum of $300.00 in donations

All racers will be required to sign a waiver of liability prior to the day of the event.
Peer fundraising will be done through Everydayhero.com and instructions will be sent to teams along with their registration confirmation.
