Terms of Conduct
Saturday, April 16th , 2022 10:00am – 6:00pm
Located at: Event Center at Archer; 3801 Archer Parkway, Cheyenne, WY 82009
Application for: April 16, 2022 No Refunds after April 1, 2022.
Spaces at the event will be on a first come - first served basis. Spaces will be assigned by the event coordinators. We will limit vendors to one only of brand name retail (direct sales) businesses (i.e.: Avon, Stampin Up, Tupperware, Pampered Chef, etc). Some companies enjoy having more than one vendor in a like business and this will be arranged by the individual vendors and show coordinators. One example of this is LuLaRoe where multiple vendors may be present to give more variety to the customer. Please understand that your spot is not reserved and booked until it has been approved and paid for. If you receive an invoice, it means your accepted into the show. Payment is due at time of invoice. If you need electricity, there are a limited number of spots with outlets. An additional fee of $10 will be charged for an outlet. Spaces are 10’X10’. Your space includes a table, 2 chairs and pipe and drape. You will be emailed the week of the event with any updates and information
Cancellation: After April 1st, no refunds will be given. If you are unable to make the event that you have paid for and would like to have the option to exchange your spot to a vendor on your team or in the same business, this will be considered. Organizers will have the right of final approval. Exchange of payments between team members will be your responsibility.
Set up and Tear down: Fri Set-up: Noon to 5pm Sat set up: Set-up begins at 8am for the event must be complete by 9:55am. Tear down begins after 6:05pm. Each vendor is responsible for cleaning up their own area. Vendors will be required cover their tables with a tablecloth or other fabric covering that is long enough to hide any stock or bags and boxes stored under the table. Chairs and a table are provided for you.
Vendor Parking: Once you have unloaded your merchandise, please move your car away from the building. This enables your customers and shoppers to park in front and near the entrance.
Additional info: Scents and smells from your products should be kept to a minimum with respect for customers and other vendors who may not be able to tolerate strong perfumes. Remember, that many people may have medical problems that are exacerbated by strong scents.
Covid Health guidelines: We ask that you follow current guidelines as directed by the Wyoming Governor & Health Departments. In the event that the show cancels either due to weather or Covid we will send out information by Email and Facebook.
Cost: $50 per table space, $60 for a corner space (limited spaces) through April 1. After April 1st-$60 per table space and $70 Per corner space Electricity: $10

Anyone serving/selling food is responsible for obtaining their own food permit from the City of Cheyenne and the Laramie County Health Department.
