State/territory event organisation teams to use this form to express their interest/apply to hold a NOL Round in 2023. Please refer to the NOL Guidelines updated in 2022 for details re: running a NOL event.

This form should be submitted by February 28th of the year prior. In 2022, the HPMG is accepting applications until March 27th.
