New Racer Clinic Temecula 02/22/20 MORNING Registration
New Racer Clinics are for middle school (grades 6-8) and high school (grades 9-12) student-athletes interested in trying out interscholastic cross-country mountain bike racing (and for COACHES looking for field work hours and also additional ideas to integrate into practice). You will need a mountain bike in working condition, a helmet, closed toe shoes, a water bottle or hydration pack, trail snacks, and the willingness to have fun and learn! Clinic runs from 9:00 AM - NOON. We will review fundamental mountain bike skills and take you through some of the things you might see should you decide to take part in a SoCal League race. The clinic is great for new riders or returning riders looking for a refresher and reconnection. Riders must be "Practice Ready" in the Pit Zone to participate. We will send out detailed information including address of the event the THURSDAY afternoon ahead of the event weekend! There is a $10 per vehicle gate fee at Vail Lake.
