Wortham ISD is excited to welcome our students back on August 13th, whether they join us for On-Campus learning or Virtual/Remote Learning. On Tuesday, July 21st, WISD posted our Back-to-School guidance which provides descriptions and information regarding our instructional plans. The Virtual/Remote option is provided for our families who have health and safety concerns with sending their students back to school for face-to-face instruction. If you have not reviewed our Back-to-School guidelines, you may do so at

WISD parents and guardians are asked to select the instructional option that will best serve their individual student(s). Every family must complete this form for every student in WISD. Please complete the commitment form by Sunday, August 2nd so we can appropriately and effectively plan for our students' return. Once the commitment is finalized, students will be expected to remain in that same learning environment for the duration of the six-weeks grading period.
Please have 1 parent/guardian submit this Commitment form for each WISD student in your family. An individual form must be submitted for EACH child.
Options for Students:
A) On-Campus Learning (traditional face-to-face, classroom experience)
B) Virtual/Remote Learning (remote/online/self-paced learning)
C) My student will not be returning to Wortham ISD
