The Postdoc of the Month would be nominated on the following basis -
1. Scientific achievement - Papers published during the past six months.
2. Activities performed beyond the bench to contribute to the postdoctoral community.
3. Mentoring Ph.D. and undergraduate students.
4. Supporting the HMPA governing board/committees in organizing the events during the previous month.
Both the nominator(s) and the nominee should be members of the Harvard Medical Postdoc Association.
The nominated postdoctoral fellow would be awarded at the monthly board meeting held in Gordon Hall, Harvard Medical School, every second Thursday.
More than one nominator can nominate the same nominee.

The nominees would be voted on by the Chair/Vice-Chair(s) of Harvard Medical Postdoctoral Association.
The governing board reserves the right to award and withdraw the Postdoc of the Month.
