We are creating one of the biggest crypto games in the world with huge supporters in the crypto scene, and now we are looking for a critical role: "Creative Game Director", who will start this project with us.

You will lead all Art/Creative work and make sure that we follow our principles in this area in all aspects. You will also have a team of further people you can hire to make the game successful.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Lead the Concept Art Team and other stakeholders to create industry-leading character/spaceships/space tools concepts
- Creating a unique and consistent style for the game
- Iterate on ideas quickly through sketches and thumbnails
- Creating concepts for day to day production of in-game art assets
- Communicate visual ideas across teams and departments
Able to work on different visual styles from Realistic to stylized

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Worked on and shipped concepts for several games or a bigger game
- Ability to create high-quality concepts for weapons/spaceships and Charakters
- Ability to create concept drawings based on written or verbal notes
- Strong sense of design and composition and a good eye for detail, materials and scale
- High-Quality portfolio of game dev-relevant art
- Excellent knowledge of 3D Software Packages and Photoshop
- Good English communication and writing skills.
- Be proactive and self-motivated, work without direct supervision.
