In order to improve organization and overall visual presentation for this event, we have limited the number of vendors. This year's festivities will take place Saturday, July 1, 2023 from 9am til Dark. The fireworks show will begin at dark on Saturday.
1. Vendor Information
- Vendor Selection & Merchandise Requirements: All vendors will be selected on the basis of type and quality of merchandise. All merchandise must be suitable and appropriate for a family event.
- No Alcohol/ Tabacco Sales
- No food sales, 2oz samples may be passed out
- No weapons
- Applicant Requirements:
- Application Filled out Completely
- 1 color photo of booth merchandise emailed to huxleybaytexas@gmail.com
F. Vendor Deadlines:
- Application Deadline: Sunday, June 25, 2023
- Vendor Selection: please expect an email confirmation and/or phone call confirming your approval for the event
- Vendor Check in & Payment:
a) Check in will be at Friday, June 30, 2023 from 12-3pm
(1) Please come directly to the office in the Marina to check in & pay for your booth. You will be assigned your booth number and location at this time.
b) Payment Methods: Cash or Credit Card
II. Booth Information
A. Rules:
- No booth sharing or subletting of space without prior approval from
Huxley Bay Marina.
- Vendors must provide their own tables, extension cords, fans, canopy, etc.
B. Cost:
- 10x10 No Electricity - $25.00 / per day
- 10X10 With Electricity - $35.00 / per day (spaces limited)
C. Availability:
1. Booth availability is limited.. There is no guarantee for exact booth location.
D. Booth Security:
- Booths should be manned continuously during event hours. Vendors leaving their booth empty or unattended during the festival are subject to being excluded from future events.
- Huxley Bay Marina is not responsible for damage or theft.
