The Sickle Cell Consortium is working to help assist with the Education Support needs of the sickle cell patient and caregiver community as we navigate through challenges presented by COVID-19.  To do with, we are asking families to help us better understand your direct educational needs and are asking volunteers to help us address those needs through financial donations, resource support, and volunteering as K-12 subject-matter tutors.  

This form was created to identify family needs and to pair students with tutors to provide much-needed education assistance.
