We will now be doing daily bookings in advance only, please follow
the steps below to make your advanced daily booking! We are now accepting daily
bookings for the entire season.
1. Complete Daily Rental Application and
email over additional documents by the Wednesday before the weekend you
wish to participate! All documents can be sent to jchapman@collegeofthedesert.edu
Additional Documents:
-California
Resale Permit A copy of the merchant’s valid permit with the business
address designated as: 43-500 Monterey Avenue, Palm Desert, California 92260 The
Board of Equalization can be contacted at 760-770- 4828.
-Liability
Insurance The policy must name College of the Desert and COD Alumni
Association as additional insured. We no longer offer a daily insurance option;
you must get your own policy ahead of time and provide us with the certificate before participation. Daily Policies can be purchased ahead

***Food
Merchants: Please apply at least 1 month in advance. We have limited
availability for food booths on standby, and we first must verify if we have room on our health permit and you have met all requirements.
2. Invoice will be emailed and must be paid by 5pm on the Thursday prior to your selling date. Rental Fee is $100/day.
3. Space will be assigned. Street Fair Management assigns you a space, you do not get to choose.
4. Day of Event you will report to your assigned space by
7am and be setup by 8am!
-Once payment has been made for an event, there are no refunds or
transfers of payment to any other date.
