Workshop for ATD and AMFI students
shy* play invites students with a close affinity to embodied experiences of shyness, introversion and/or neurodivergence to participate in a workshop dedicated to experiments in shy* sociality. Especially for this workshop, shy* play and its collaborators have developed relational techniques emerging from the question: What are shy* characteristics that can serve as springboards to different sociality formations beyond extraversion?
For those who are interested, different shy* embodied encounters and interactions, with a plurality of lengthy fabrics, bodies, spaces and questions of all kinds, await. To ensure that shy* needs are accommodated, the workshop has a maximum capacity of 10 people. The same workshop will be held on two different days. One can sign up for either day until we reach maximum capacity.
Location: Academy of Theatre and Dance (Jodenbreestraat 3, 1011NG Amsterdam)
